Who we are
Fern Hosting started out as Fern Design Consultants a web design company based in Swindon in 1999.
In 2007 the design company ceased trading. Julian Richens (one of the original founders of the design company) and his wife Angela took over maintaining the web hosting of the websites that Fern Design Comsultants had built. Initially we were unable to offer any design work so many of our clients moved on to other designers who usually had their own hosting arrangements.
Although we have never advertised our services our business has slowly grown through the "word of mouth" of our clients.
What we do
We provide our clients with good value domain and hosting packages. Most hosting companies sell domains and hosting on an individual site basis or a reseller package. Although reseller packages will save you money if you are hosting a lot of domains they are not really suitable for people with just a few. Not only is our hosting for individual sites very competative we also offer discounts to clients who have several websites hosted with us.
